A discount code provides a one-time discount on an online purchase. Please note: this cannot be added after placing the order. You can add the discount code to your shopping cart in the appropriate input field. Please note: the discount code can only be used once and expires after use.

You can create an account by clicking register at the top right of the screen. You can also create an account if you place an order for the first time. This happens in the first step of the ordering process.

When you log in, click on the Forgot your password link? Then enter your email address. Within a few minutes you will receive an email with the option to create a new password. It won’t work, right? Please contact customer service by telephone or via our chat function. We can then manually change the password for you.

In the webshop you go to the product you want to order, select the quantity you want to receive and add it to your shopping cart. When you are done, you can pay for the selected products in the shopping cart.

The invoice will be sent to you by email once the order has been placed. The invoice will be sent to the email address you entered in the contact details.

After the order has been registered with our transport, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can then track the order via the link in the email.

Yes that is possible. During the ordering process you have the option to specify a different shipping address.

It is not permitted to publish, reproduce and/or edit information, texts, images, etc. without written permission other than for personal and non-commercial use. Permission can be requested via support@discountparadise.nl.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the range, stocks and prices. Our formula is based, among other things, on an ever-changing and surprising range. We therefore recommend that you ask customer service about this. Our employees are happy to help you.
